Ahh, well then you really should have asked for his supervisor and gotten what you wanted right then. Hard to prove though. Unfortunately, Verizon knows they have the best network and don't give a rats... err... patootie about their customers.

Google also owns my life. I've fully given in and expect some sort of comeuppance eventually.

Actually I do think Verizon's people give "a rats... err... patootie" ...it's just that the one's I've [had to] talk to have such thick accents, ya just can't really tell for sure.
