X5670 here. Runs 4.2 around 1.35vcore asus p6t deluxeV1
I have her back at stock because no muskula is needed atm.
4.7 is quite impressive you have there! very respectable. How much qpi/dram voltage are you giving it for 3.5ghz uncore?

At moment im testing with 4.7 https://valid.x86.fr/n9pkxy

4.7Ghz 25x188 1.48v
UCLK x19
QPI/VTT 1.36v
vRam 1.64v 1880Mhz
PLL 1.94

Asus P6T DELUXE V2
Intel Xeon X5680 @ 4.7Ghz with Enermax Liqmax II 240
24Gb DDR3 Gskill Sniper 1866 CL9
Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 590 8GB

If you increase the vcore u will need to increase more the qpi voltage also if u add more gb of ram it will need more voltage, so i tried to stay close at 1.35v and this is the max uncore without raising more of the actual 1.36v of voltage for me, its still really close to the speeds of using the uncore at 2x ram speed, i did the tests just for testing and i needed almost 1.4v wich its not safe as i read.

If you u use more uncore speed, the speeds of L3 cache are higher and also the memory banwith, but will need mooore voltage for qpi

Ahha, thank you, that looks about same with mine
Internet advice of "set 1.22-1.25vtt and uncore around 3500" never worked for me. Neither on i920, nor on x5670

Just for Doug comparison, this was probably never stable though..
Vtt was probably like 1.45 and ram was 1066 originally(1.7v)
