Water Loop flow question

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question. I'm wondering if the water loop flow below would work? What do you think?

It wouldn't be efficient enough since the fluids will go where it is the least restrictive as it could leave certain areas with not much cooling.

Yea, that's really not going to work well at all. Most of the flow is going to go through the bottom GPU, the top GPU won't get much flow, and the CPU might not get any really. Give the water a single path to follow. Splits and parallel flow setups are a bad idea.
