My computer makes a weird sound when powering off. Sounds like an electronic sounding zipper. Everything runs fine no problems or anything just that weird sound.. Any ideas?

Have you opened the case? There may be a cable being nicked by fan blades, something that at fan full speed is blown out of the way?????
