What is 8RDA+ Official Latest Bios?

Hello all i was about to update the Bios on my brothers Epox 8RDA+ v1.1 motherboard so i went to epox website and then went to the following website http://www.epox.com/USA/product.asp?id=EP-8RDAplus where i clicked on bios and it took me to this website http://www.epox.com/USA/downloads.a...tem=EP-8RDAplus then i clicked ok and



The following is what i saw...

08/27/2003 BIOS

10/17/2003 BIOS

I thought usually the latest bios is on the top but if you go by order in the date the latest one is the second one in the list.... i also noticed that they dont mention anything about versions so i guess i dont have to get a version specific bios?

That link I posted , down near the bottom , it explains in greater detail what exactly changed in the update .
Most of the time , you don't get much info on what all the changes in that update are .
