I'll be buying the following:
Athlon 64 3000+ Venice (ADA3000BPBOX)
DFI LanParty UT nF4 Ultra-D
Sea-Sonic s12-500 PSU

Now I just need some memory, but what to get? I'm hoping to OC the system to approx 2,4GHz as that seems an attainable goal for someone with limited OC experience. My budget is pretty tight, so can't spend more than 200$ max on memory.

I've been looking at the following:

G.Skill 2-3-3-6 Series Dual Channel Edition 2 x 512 MB (F1-3200PHU2-1GBZX) ~$160
GeIL Value 2 x 512 MB dual pc3200 2.5-4-4-8 (GE1GB3200BDC) ~140$
Kingston HyperX 2 x 512 MB dual pc3200 2-3-2-6 (MBKHX3200AK2/1G) ~195$
OCZ Value 2 x 512 MB dual pc3200 2.5-4-4-8 (OCZ4001024V25DC-K) ~$175
Corsair XMS 2 x 512 MB dual pc3200 2-3-3-6 (TWINX1024-3200C2PT) ~200$

G.Skill looks to be the best deal, but I've seen some bad reviews about it, so I'm not sure. What would you recommend? Suggestions not limited to the ones I've listed ofcourse. :)

Thanks, KroxX

Look at getting Mushkin Redline PC4000 or OCZ Gold VX4000, they both love voltage and will easily run 1:1 if you only want a couple hundred mhz overclock (you should get 2.6 on a completely average chip)

The Mushkin is ~325$ and the OCZ is ~370$ so that's not gonna happen. As I wrote earlier, I'm on a pretty tight budget so no more than $200. :)

Thanks, KroxX

yeah, that is what I had trouble with, his prices were around $200 (I assumed USD) so I picked those out.

Any chance you could post a link? Or maybe you have the product code? Wanna make sure I'm looking at the right product. :)

Thanks, KroxX
