I haven't heard of it being anything other than bh-5. The pcb's aren't bad...just not as good as the kingston pcb's. Unless you are doing extreme oc'ing like 300+fsb it should be find. I don't buy 1gb kits because of the price...but for $200 that isn't bad. I might have to pick 2 sticks of it to try it for myself. I am gonna be getting a 2.6c, so if it could do like 233fsb with 2-2-2-x it might be good for me...but for now I got a 2.4c so I gotta get the absolute best...
