Well im encountering a really wierd problem but first here's my specs:
AsrockDUAL 775-vsta motherboard
1.5 gigs ddrII ram
ati radeon x1300 pro
3.2ghz pentium 4 ht
now the problem is is that i can underclock just fine but once i underclock i cant re-increase the speed i can only underclock and now im stuck at 1.6ghz help me!!!
