What's the best Heatsink/Fan combo for cooling dual P3 Tualatins ??

Right now I have stock intel sinks on the baby's and they are roasting in this weather.

I'm looking for the best p3 sink/fan combo out there today, I thought there used to be a up to date heat sink data sheet around here some where?

I also need the best 3x3inch case fans around, something quiet, but strong!

Those use Socket 370 right? And doesn't Socket 370 also use the same mounting technique as Socket A? So wouldn't any Socket A HSF work with a Socket 370 comp? I'd reccomend something like the Vantec Aeroflow (original) which is small and performs pretty good with medium noise.
