Where can I find reasonably priced PC phase change units?

As EarthDog said, you're going to need to look at the used market for more reasonably priced units. What is your intended use for the unit? If you want to benchmark that 1090T with it, skip the SS and go with a pot for dry ice or liquid nitrogen. A SS isn't cold enough for any Phenom if you're looking to benchmark it.
