Where to get a evga x58 Classified3 i/o plate.

Where can I get a evga x58 Classified3 i/o plate?

I can't find any online, does anyone know where to get one ?
Evga has P55 LE I/O plates for sale, its close but not the same, if I have to I can mod it.

But I would like to buy the right one.
