Which kit has the better bin? DDR-3 2400

Samsung based kits... One is spec. 11-11-11-31 the other is spec. 10-12-12-31.
Which has the tighter bin on the ic from GSkill? Or are they pretty much the same and I could run/swap timings for either kit?

I think they're about the same.
No idea if they've got the same IC's though

There is a kit of the C11 over on XS Forums "classifieds" with an "0340" serial number which should be Samsung. I figure that most of the 10-12-12 kits are also Samsung but I suppose that some could be Hynix. I guess I was just wondering if between two Samsung spec. kits which would be considered the higher bin or as you mentioned is it pretty much a wash and it comes down to whichever particular kit just happens to have higher quality ic.

2400 11-11-11 is looking more like Hynix and 10-12-12 like Samsung but hard to say as you can run both these IC on similar timings for 2400.
Almost all 2400 kits from G.Skill are now Samsung and both these kits are similar. Matter of luck what is inside and how high or how tight it will go.
