Which mATX 880g mobo to go for?

I've decided to build a budget AM3 micro ATX rig but can't seem
to decide which board to go for.

I've narrowed down my choices to the Asus M4A88TD-M AM3 and
the Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H

I'm leaning a little bit more on the Asus because it's slightly cheaper
and I've had very good RMA experience with them in the pass.

But Gigabyte boards seem to be very popular and liked so...
