Why does my blank folder of saved pictures keep appearing on my desktop?

I keep getting a Saved Pictures folder on my desktop. Not too long after I delete it it comes right back! What can I do? Oh, there is nothing even in this folder, my pictures are saved elsewhere on my pc.

On your actual desktop or in your profile folder? If it is in your profile folder it is likely the default/library folder for the pictures. If it is on your actual desktop then I don't know what to tell you other than you have some application or setting configured.

Sounds like a program has it's settings linked there. Trick is figuring out which ap is triggering the folder creation.
