Why was I no longer privellaged to run apps in windows 10?

So I fired up my laptop this morning and no edge or nothing would run because apparently I didn't have admin privilege despite being the owner, installer and sole admin of said machine.

I fixed the issue by regedit and making an admin security token.

so its all good but why does that happen randomly one morning for an annoying breakfast starter?

bit crap really...
