I'm currently picking out components for a new system. Here's what I've come up with so far:

Case: Rosewill R363-M-BK (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147099)

CPU: i7-2600K

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131759)

Heatsink: Noctua NH-D14 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018)

My only concern is whether or not the heatsink will fit the case, which is a micro-ATX mid-tower. Does anyone have any experience with this particular combo? I am really intent on using this case due to its size and looks.

After you get it make sure you smash that power supply with a hammer and get at least a corsair CX600. I would not dare use such a PSU on my system. Please take this advice. Please note most of us own $100-300 power supplies. Its important to have.

Yes it will fit a D14

However with your CPU all you need is Coolermaster 212+ for 25 bucks. :)

I skipped over the CM 212+ because reviewers said it was noisy. How sure are you about it fitting? I read that it barely fit cases that were about 0.25" wider.

I'll take your recommendation about the PSU into consideration.
