I realize Progress91d is old database software.
My work uses it for our legacy ERP system, and we aren't quite done with it yet.
I'm trying to set it up on Windows 10 Microsoft Surfaces. I have done this successfully previously. And I can do this on up to date Windows 10 desktops.
However when I try do to this on a fresh Surface Pro 3, it just displays the mouse pointer as an hourglass for a few seconds, and then returns to normal without anything else happening. I've tried compatibility mode back to XP, and running as administrator and it still won't do anything different.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
