window sheme randomly changes

I was watching a dvd when my windows theme randomly changed from xp to the 2000 style theme thing. WTF how do I fix this. It even says xp in the window theme thing.

Any help is apreciated

well this cant be good after it scanned 88 files it stopped saying this:

my first guess was that explorer.exe had crashed during playback and reset the theme

i uninstalled norton avp and after 5 reboots (not exageragting) it went back to normal.
