Windows 10 and Ryzen Threadripper 2 32 core/64 thread CPU?

Ok, I ask this because of my 2 4P servers, if I install Win 10 to them, I can only use 32 cores/32 threads, So I found on Newegg Windows 10 Pro for Workstations https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA25V6X72288 and at Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Windows-64-bit-Workstations-License

And here it is installed.

Considering win10 went 3d t/s, good luck. 4 d will get you 5. Machines are but a number's game.
