Yeah, you should also be able to tell if you're using both cores by CPU temps. Fire up one Folding instance and let the temps stabilize. Fire up a second, and if the temps rise substantially, I'd agree they're both being used.

Not sure if Intel's "TAT", SpeedFan, or CoreTemp will pick up individual core temps on D type Presslers. I’m pretty sure they don’t. But the above method would work with a single CPU temp reading.

i ran folding and let the temps level and then went on a game and the temps went up about 3-4 degrees.
