Strange...

I just installed a USR network card into my laptop and it detected my base station just fine. I used the same model card, the same install software, the same drivers in my desktop (i have a PCMCIA adapter that used to work just fine before I upgraded) and suddenly it's giving me an error about the network PCMCIA card... it says:

"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

It's location is:
PCI Slot 3 (PCI bus 3, device 5, function 0)

I have no idea what code 10 is nor do I have any clue what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
