Woo+! SCORE! "Old" Computer has 1.7Ghz Celeron, brand new 478 mobo!

Saweet! I just got a new PC, the people were tossing it because they said it was "Really old"

What it looks like is somoene worked them through a complete upgrade a few years back, but left Win 98 on it. It's got a 1.7Ghz Celeron, 128MB DDR Ram, 64MB TNT2, and a (basically) brand spanking new motherboard. Haven't ripped d it open, as I'm installing a new OS on it(debian! Gonna use it as a web server)

but the Mobo has OCing options, lol. I was tempted to bump up the FSB right off the bat .

Great find! Some people don't know what they actually have.

To bad its a Willy Celly, though. Could of been a great overclocker if it was a 1.8A.
