I've searched all over the internet for one of these panels and NZXT is not cooperating with me so I figured I would try a forum to see if anyone has one they are willing to sell me that is white?

WTB: NZXT Phatom Window Panel

Good morning and welcome to the forum as I see it's your first post 
first thing anyone needs to help you out is more info, These are the windows offered by NZXT as replacements. If it's anything other than one of these that's probably why your having issue.

Edit, I just noticed your post said you wanted a white panel which leads me to think you need the side panel not the glass, in this case what tower do you have in the Phantom series ??
