Xeon x5450 underperforming

Hi guys,
Recently I got a Xeon x5450 for my Asus p5ne-sli. I did a quick benchmark on CPU z, and I scored 200 on the single and 800 on the multi. After a quick Google I found that other people were getting 800/3200 for their single and multi scores, no overclock included. What's going on here? Ram is good, motherboard is good ( I think), I'm using water cooling and temps are reported under 50 when CPU maxed playing ark. Help pls.

Second its a extreme budget motherboard...3 phase power with no heatsinks...that cpu, if its supported in the first place, would probably throttle anyway...

CPU is not supported by that cheap mobo... sorry.

theres a mod that you can do that will allow socket 771 cpus to run on a 775 mb.

Heh... I wouldn't run that CPU on that board... 3-phase VRM without heatsinks is asking for trouble on a quad.
