XSPC D5 dual bay res / pump combo v2 leaking

As mentioned in the title, I'm using an XSPC D5 dual bay res / pump combo (v2). I've been using this pump for about 3... Maybe 3.5 years without issue, but today it started leaking from the bottom of the ring around the back of the pump. Any ideas, before I order another one?

Change the O-ring. I have the same exact one (V1) and ordered extra O-rings for just that reason. Mine has never leaked.

During maintenance I take mine apart, wash everything with hot water and dish soap, rinse with distilled water, dry and put it all back together. When I replace the O-ring, I coat it with a tiny bit of vaseline then slap it all back together. This prevents the O-ring from drying out and shrinking causing the locking ring from leaking right from the pic.

Roger that! Keep us posted! Also don't forget to give the locking ring an xtra little bit to be sure it's tight! Trust me it'll handle alot so you won't break it.
