I just ordered the Zalman northbridge heatsink (ZM-NB47J). while im sure its better than my stock NB heatsink, but by how much? i have no equipment to check my current NB temp, so has anyone ever done such testing or seen any reviews compairing the zalman nb heatsink to stock nb heatsink. my current HS and the Zalman are Fan-Less, as i do not want to add any extra noise to my computer.

i have this swiftech nb heatsink that can have a small 40mm fan attached thats silent. comes almost perfectly lapped and it seems to do a good job for me. check it out here

I wouldnt doubt it. It cooled my oc'ed nforce2 to the same temps as a x-aqua waterblock.
