I have not overclocked in years and am looking for a tutorial/advice on some BIOS settings to get the most out of my setup. I tried to to do the EZ tuner in the BIOS, but it doesn't seem to have done anything. If anyone could point me in the right direction or walk me through this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have the 4690k on an asus z97 pro-gamer board and this is my setting for a 4.6ghz oc w/ a corsair h100i. 46 multiplier, 100.5 bclck,1.25vcore,cpu input voltage 1.80. Don't get me wrong,I'm no expert by no means, but this worked for me.The image is the system running for almost 6 hrs on aida64.--- perfect.jpg ---The image with the lowest temps is the one with the bracket turned the correct way for the cooler. I had it upside down and it's the one with the 6 hr run.
