Generally bigger capacity can have faster speeds as they can parallel some of the reads/writes. So given one is 500GB, other 250GB, they're in similar ball park.

Looks about right for a 250GB. you could try actively cooling it if you're concerned.

Temps are fine, as I use the drive for games and apps (no OS). Just that there are 2 M2 pcie slots on the mobo, with different specs.

So, all good.

For another reference, here's my run on Crystal Disk a few minutes ago:
