Pretty damn good upgrade for some people if you ask me for such a dirt cheap price. $80 for a cpu thatll clock to 4ghz and give you a nice gain over your outdated 65nm/45nm lower end chip!

$115 @ the Egg btw.

Uh, yeah, wow that's hot. For that price sell your dual core s775 on eBay for more and get a 2c/4t that overclocks easier or better anyway and an H55/57 motherboard for future 'I don't care about graphics performance' motherboard and you're doing well.

you also must factor in the more expensive ddr3 ram! but regardless thats a pretty good price!
