11x17 inch printer for cad

My sister wanted me to look into a 11x17 inch printer for her to print cad drawings with.

I am looking for some suggestions for what printer to get. It doesnt have to print color and her max price is around 450-500.

So far we have come up with the following options

HP 9650 or 9800
Epson 3000 or 1520

Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated.

I'd either go the HP 9800 or the Canon IP9000. I'd go the Canon before the HP since it uses like 8 color ink printing. The quality is amazing.
