i know the feeling - i can get around that- am aiming for 4ghz i posted once @ 4ghz but had vcore @ 1.8v

1.8v on a presscott, I didnt even know they went that high, thats crazy your gonna burn your cpu up let alone your mobo

nope northwood 3.0C - but i am not going to keep it @ that right now i got it @ 3.7 on default.

Temps are at 57 with load, need a better cooler to go higher I think. Sig has my specs. And I am very surprized at the kingston value ram. Also moved the Dram to 400mhz not at 333mhz anymore.

57 load isnt bad for a pressy, I have an xp-120 and I still rise up to mid/low 60s when underload

Nice overclock, but can you tell us, what motherboard, ram, cooling you using.

Dont know if your talking to me, but I hit 4 ghz with an abit ic7-g and some pc3200 with a xp-120
