640 or 645?

I have finally convinced myself that I can build another computer.
The 140 & 145 are only ten dollars difference at newegg.

Is there a better choice? I will overclock. I am not a gamer but I watch allot of videos and movies online.

Same price, better stock performance I think.. Haha. Well this one comes with Turbo Boost.. Meh.

Also, you could look into a Dual-Core Black Edition instead? for just watching movies/surfing the web, etc a dual core would suffice plenty, and with the BE, you could OC easier I guess.

i would get the cheaper of the two since you will be able to overclock it to the 645 speed, i wouldnt waste money on the more expensive one.
But if you wanna get the most out of a cpu then i'd go for the 645 bc more than likely you'll be able to achieve a higher frequency esp since its not unlocked. Just my opinion though.

I think the 840 is the best suggestion so far. Generally, when non-BE CPU's are combined with mid-grade boards the higher the CPU multiplier you have the better. The 840 has is an x16 with the others at x15.5 and x15 so, if it were me, the choice would be simple.
