7850 BE HELP!

I've done a few hardware upgrades and I have been trying to OC my 7850, but I cannot get passed 3.1GHz. I have been using BIOS only and using IntelBurn with CoreTemp and CPU-Z.

Please, if anyone has ideas leave them here.

What cooler?
What voltage?

I personally would also rethink the PSU.

You've got the right programs, so what are your load temps?


Mmm yeah - Rosewill is not the best choice, especially with a demanding video card ...
