8rda+ reading way off

My 8rda+ shows my +5V is only 4.81V with my Enermax 465W (I know I know). Yesterday I measured the voltage from a free molex and I have looping between 5.0V and 5.1V even playing Rainbow 6. The +12V is also off by 0.2V.
My system is as rock stable.
Is everything okay or should the VM meeting should better be more than 5V due to internal resistance ?

Which of the 6 mosfets are the +5v. I am asking this because my 8rda+ is reading my +5v around 4.56v under full load, and want to try using a jumper directly from the PSU to one of the mosfets to see if it increases the reading, since I do not own a volt meter. Thanks.
