This is the first A64 system i have ever built and wanted to make sure the A64 specific things, such as the mobo, are any good.

Good, didn't need that vga silencer if your not going to overclock.

Me like the mobo(if you dont want PCIe)
everything else is fine to run at stock in my opinion.
but the video card might be weak if hes and engineer that likes to CAD and render a lot. shouldve gotten a firegl or quatro(or however you spell it)

i like it all. I dont know if thats the kv8 pro or just kv8 but i dont like my kv8 a whole lot just cause its a via chipset and no agp/pci locks....but your not ocing so its all good.
