Are Bartons as good as p4's for vide editing?

i'm saying this because of the bartons 512cache.... or is it still worse than the p4 for vid editing?
 
I would say it depends on the program the editing is done on. If the program supports sse2, the P4 could have an advantage.
 
I'm suing adobe premiere... i don't necesarily know if it supporst ss2 instruction set
