Does anyone know what Backweb lite is? I run spybot and get a couple of dozen registry entries listing this item for various applications. But, Spybot does not automatically select them for deletion. Are these entries problems or are they normal?

I have seen backweb lite in several different situations, if uninstalling the app may cause problems with other programs crashing, spy-bot goes with the safe option. If it were me, I would have spy-bot back up and get rid of it.
Now for where it comes from, the two places that I know of, and I am sure there are more.
1. HP and compac uses it for remote assistance on some of their machines.
2. Logitech installs it with their mice and keyboards sometimes.
I am sure if you google it, you will find more.
