Best Settings for Catalyst Center

Hey clockers, so im just wondering if there are someone, who actually knows these settings properly how to set up.
I am talkin about the Catalyst Control Center 3D Application settings, which settings would be the best, to get the best performance, and to get the best image quality?

just set everything to max.
if you get low FPS lower the settings.
