Blocked out of MSN email..

So my dad put his PW in wrong a bunch of times and now he is blocked out of his @msn.com account. He accesses it via hotmail... I tried to reset the PW and it keeps saying there is too many failed login attempts. I posted on the windows live support forum and have not received any response in 24hr. My dad has a lot vested in this email and we are not trying to start over...

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Do we have a Rep from Microsoft on here?
