Maybe it's just me, but looking at that, I already imagine fingerprints on the copper surface and that the cooling itself takes more space than the main part with the motherboard. Exactly the same feeling about "micro PC" with quite large external PSUs, or Xbox 360 where the PSU+cables were taking more space than the console itself.
Still nicely done but if it was me then I would think to put everything inside one case + flex ATX PSU. It would be still smaller than the regular PS5.
Btw. he used the same res+pump combo as I used on my last ITX build.
