Can I plug 2pin led into 4pin fan connector on mb

Sry for a noob quastion. I've bought a bunch of 2pin sleaved leds:

Is it safe to plug them into 4pin fan connectors on mb?

No, it isn't. You need to give those LEDs 3.3V and a fan header runs 12V.
