Hi ,first post .

I need a new PSU ,I had a crappy one which just died .

I am looking at 2 cooler master units as follows : silent pro 600M modular which is a single rail 50amp . or Cooler Master Real Power Pro 620w Modular Eps ( multi rail )

Due to the vast amount of choices ,my limited knowledge and my budget around £70 these looked ok for my needs( I think)

Also is multi rail better or worse than single rail (I know there is a dedicated thread on this ,just asking your personal opinion)

Any advice appreciated .

Intel core 2 quad q9550
ATI radeon 4780 1GB Ice Q
DFI Lanparty MB
4 GB OCZ DDR2
x-fi fatality soundcard pci e 1
Coolermaster cosmos 1000 (4 120mm fans)
160 GB RAPTOR 1000RPM
320GB WD SATA2 720 RPM
2 x cd/dvd multi drives

The Silent Pro 600 is a decent choice. Many of the Cooler Master power supplies are marginal to bad but the Silent Pro 600 looks to be a pretty decent unit and would be my choice of the two.
