Just make sure you flash to the latest bios to make sure w/e chip you select from that list is compatible. Also b/c of the chipset (G31), you will likely not be overclocking anything very far, especially not a quad core.

Your links don't work.

If you really wanted to you could get a used Q6600 for around $130 and sell that e6600 for about $60. Not an amazing upgrade but it would suffice for another year or so.

If you have 4 gigs of memory already, don't bother adding more.
