Crank FSB to 400 on 2500xp?

the setup im running right now is an A7V333-X @ 183x12.5. in the bios the highest bus speed available is 227mhz. right now im running some el cheapo 512mb PC2700 over the counter local computer store BS, and to my suprise its holding out at a 366FSB, what would be some good memory to get to get a 197-200FSB? ive been thinking some good ol' corsair, but what kind? PC3000? PC3200?

XMS3200 or XMS3500. I run the former and it works fine at 216MHz
