Is that for a Inspiron 1100? If it is, STAY AWAY. It may look like a good deal. But the thing weighs 4 tons, runs really hot and comes with the VERY very basic and cheaply made hardware. I actually work for Dell and we get a ton of complaints on that specific system. I would reccomend to start with a 5100 with a mobile processor, (the P4 cpu will run so hot it will burn your legs)

Haha, I have a laptop like that now. It's a pentium 133. Must have been made before they started putting heatsinks in

i think they just have the cpu radiate the heate to a huge metal plate on the bottom of the laptop, thats what my p120 did, though it didn't get too hot, it was a p120. . .
