For those looking fom a good B&M deal I ended up picking up this bundle from gamestop in store on Thursday http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product_id=B020253AD

360 premium with COD2 and 1 year warranty for $399.

Since gamestop/ebgames are everywhere it will be nice not to have to deal with Microsoft if I have any problems with the system for the next year.
