Seems like an awful lot of work you guys do. I just open my case one every 6 months and hit it with canned air. Done in under 5 minutes and costs less than a dollar.
 
Most modern computers ( if you won't use 250W+ CPU and GPU ) don't need any special airflow in the case. Just don't use intake fans to reduce dust in the case. Exhaust is enough as air will still get into the case and most heat is near CPU or GPU so usually on top or back of the case where is usually exhaust fan.
