E4400 OC Help

Hi,

I Currently have a E4400 @ 3.4(9x378) and wanting to hit 3.6(9x400),But every time i try to set it to 3.6 my computer only gets to the 2nd start up screen then restarts it self. I am giving the CPU 1.5v but still no luck and also giving it +0.3 on the FSB/(G)MCH over voltage control, I got the RAM divider on 2 so it runs in sync back to 800Mhz. I am overclocking on a ep35-ds3p with a TRUE 120 for my cooling so temperature isn't a issue and a HX620 PSU.

Any ideas anyone?

i use to have a E4300 never got close to 3.6ghz... seems like all your going to be able to get is 3.4ghz max... if you really want more closer to 3.6ghz, then a 45nm cpu would be the best way to go the E5200 is a good choice.
