i would like to know anyone's suggestions or something i am not seeing

o and i was thinking of using newegg's special no payment plan so i could just pay for it with in 12 months with my next financial aid check lol...but if you think its gonna be that epic then ya ill see about waiting

No CPU aftermarket cooler?
The Hyper 212 Evo is a great value for about 30$ :)

720W is overkill for a 7970 and an i5 3570K
Even if you overclock it, the whole system will never break the 500W mark...
I recommend you this one:
Seasonic G 550

Btw, since you have no SSD, going for an HD7950 instead of HD7970 would save you ~100$ allowing you to grab a 120GB ssd as boot drive
The 7950 can be overclocked just as far as the 7970 and is amazing value for gaming!

okay i apprecaite the help. okay my brother has the standard 7950 and his runs Hot lol. any reccomendations on which 7950 to get because i would love to get a nice overclock out of it as long as it is near the reference card in price

If you can grab an MSI twin frozer, it is close (~+30$) to the reference card price. Or an XFX double dissipation.

EDIT: here is an example of what could be attempt

It'll be slightly better, but even if it's not, then all the Ivy Bridge stuff is going to drop in price, so you can get your current build cheaper.

Are you planning on ever going dual video cards?
