Is the TX650 good enough for a setup with (I'm a little strapped on cash) ?Or do I need more or less power ?

Asus GTX660 TI-DC2-2GD5 Graphic Card
Asus MAXIMUS V1 HERO Socket 1150 Motherboard
Intel Core I7-4770K 3.5 GHz Processor
Western Digital WD Green WD15EADS 1.5TB Hard Disk
Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600MHz RAM CMY16GX3M2A1600C9R 12000
CoolerMaster HAF932 Black Cabinet 10.721
Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat Mid Tower Cabinet
OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SSD (Already owned)

I'm going to be adding another SSD to this

If I choose to make this SLI in the future. What do I have to keep in mind ?

I have got a bunch of people telling me to switch the 660ti for a MSI NVIDIA N760-2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 and the hero for a MSI GD65 ?What do you guys think ?

I'm going for a black and red theme.

You don't need an expensive motherboard. You could even get a $130 ASUS Z87-A.

You will need 500W if you don't plan on another GPU. If you do, get at least 750W.

Switch the HDD to a WD Blue or Black. Greens are very slow.

This sounds like a gaming computer. You can save money by going with 8GB of RAM.

^This, and the 660ti is kind of mid range card. Better use the bucks for a betterGPU (7970, r9 280x, GTX780 or r9 290x).

Do you think a gaming computer doesn't need more than 8GB of RAM ?

How much room for expansion do I have with a 500 Watt PSU ?

Switching to a 1TB WD Blue

I'm having a miserable time with my laptop's ATI drivers.Don't want to take that risk again .Looking for Nvidia only and so the GTX 780 seems too big of a jump.Even with the cut on the motherboard.Cause I still need to buy an LED , Mouse & Keyboard and a Wifi adapter.

My budget with my graphic card is 400$

650W will be plenty for a dual GPU setup, in my opinion. And a WD Green for storage is perfectly adequate, there's no sense in spending extra money for blue/black unless the cost difference is relatively low. I agree with the rest of your statements here.

IMO, shave $100 off and get the 4670k instead. By the time you're able to use the extra threads to their full potential, you'll be ready to upgrade again anyway.

Will it? What if he's using two energy hungry GPUs and he's overclocking them? You could potentially hit 300W per GPU. That leaves 50W for CPU/SSD/HDD/etc

That case is an old design. For that amount of money I'd look at these cases. Case 1 Case 2 and NZXT to name one.

As for the CPU, grab a 4670k as stated before and a $100-$130 MB. No need for the more expensive ones.

GPU, if it has to be Nvidia, a used GTX 670, 680 or 770 off of Ebay will do you justice. Try to stay above 2GB of Vram for future proof as I think the cycle in gaming is changing and will be more demanding sooner than later.

Have a 650w PSU which should give you more than enough power. Even a 600w but make sure you have enough amperage depending which GPU you pick. If you really think you will go SLI/CF in the future than go for a 750w/850w depending on the GPUs chosen.

R9 280X/7970 3GB is what to get then. Best bang for your buck ($300). The driver support is fine. There's nothing to worry about.

If you're really terrified of AMD parts get a GTX 770.

We still don't have the nvidia 7 series by Asus where I live yet.

Although we have

Switching to the 4670k :)

The case that I was considering was the 912(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233) and not the 932 .Mistake on my part.I also looked at a NZXT alternative

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146093

For me personally I avoid second hand products at all cost.I'm trying to fit in a new 770 in my budget.

Also is

Yup, those picks are fine. If that's what is available to you in your area sure.

Got the Graphic Card without a manual and what looks to be a copied Driver Disk.It was said to be Open Box.Is there any way to test the graphic card ?

Yes. Plug it in and make sure it turns on or at least it registers in your BIOS. Go in windows than download the lastest driver from Nvidia's site. Don't need the disc.

Since it's open box make sure your card came with the factory BIOS and not some 3rd party hacked version.

Built the system.

After installing the drivers I tried to run Battlefield 4.

A few seconds into loading and the the display and audio go off

I have to restart.

On restart I get a message saying "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown."

BCCode 116 is Graphics. Make sure you have the latest Nvidia driver 331.82. Also make sure your GPU isn't overheating just incase but I highly doubt it.

Yeah I got 331.82. GPU temp is at 45 degrees and power is at 11.5% TDP

When I run a Furmark Benchmark

I get a crash withing a few seconds
